Graduated from Shandong University of Science and Technology with a degree in accounting. Possesses relevant work experience and knowledge in management or managerial positions. Holds a Chinese Accounting Professional Certificate. Demonstrates a mature and stable demeanor, strong sense of responsibility, and meticulous attention to detail.

Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Medicine from Medical University in 1997. Earned a Master’s degree in Industrial Economics from the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in 2001. Since graduation, I have been working in management roles within the real estate industry.

Amy has worked as an Accountant in Construction Industry over ten years in New Zealand. She
communicates well with people from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures in a variety of
situations, and interact well within team environments.

Gang (Gavin) Chen
Project Manager
He holds a Master of Construction with Distinction in Construction Project Management from Massey University. With over 13 years of experience in residential and commercial office building construction, he has a comprehensive understanding of all phases of design, construction, and project implementation. His expertise includes managing teams, coordinating with contractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. He is adept at handling complex, multi-phase projects and liaising with stakeholders to achieve top-tier results that meet client expectations.

Financial administration officer
A finance professional with six years of experience in the financial field, including five years of accounting experience and one year serving as a CFO Secretary at the first foreign-owned enterprise in Shenzhen. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a postgraduate diploma in Business. Additionally, holds certifications as both a Junior and Intermediate Accountant.

With a solid construction background, I assist the Site Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and timely project delivery. My hands-on experience helps me support the team, manage resources, and maintain high safety standards, fostering a productive and compliant work environment.

Assistant Site Manager
I have a background in both residential and commercial construction in China, with experience in management roles. I have also worked in the construction industry in New Zealand for two years and have a strong passion for it.

Falakesi Pole
Administrator
Kesi has 5 years of experience as a Call Centre Operator and 3 years as an Administrator Representative. Capable of resolving issues quickly while maintaining a high level of professionalism, patience and efficiency to minimize client dissatisfaction. She has strong intercultural communication skills and interacts well with others.
