Successful PlaceMakers Training Session Held at Diamond Homes Office
I am pleased to announce that we successfully hosted a PlaceMakers training session at the Diamond Homes office last week. This training covered topics such as order processes, delivery times, returns, and important considerations when picking up orders from branches.
During the training, we had the privilege of hearing from the PlaceMakers team members Marco, Michael, and Jo. They provided valuable insights into Kāinga Ora products, residential products, and shared the latest special offers. Their expertise deepened our understanding of product knowledge and sales strategies, providing us with valuable insights and direction for future work.
Additionally, safety was emphasized throughout the training, particularly when picking up orders from branches. It is essential for us to maintain a safety-first mindset at all times to ensure a secure working environment.
