Full-time
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to oversee the planning, organization, direction, and coordination of the organization's sales and marketing activities. Their key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Employment type: permanent full time Monday to Friday
Minimum hours guaranteed per week: 30 hours
The minimum skills, experience and qualifications for the role:
Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in business, economics, marketing or finance.
OR at least 5 years of relevant work experience in the industry
Location: 5 Birmingham Road, Otara, Auckland
Detailed Duties include but not limited to:
· Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
· Identify and pursue new market and business opportunities and partnerships.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
· Enhance brand image and customer engagement by developing initiatives that foster brand awareness and loyalty.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine business strategies.
· Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management
· Collaborate with internal teams to align sales, marketing, and branding efforts with organizational goals.
