We are an experienced and well-established construction and cabnite making company. We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Product Designer to join our team at Diamond Homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, developing, and documenting industrial, commercial, or consumer products for manufacturing, specifically in the construction and cabinet-making sectors. This position plays a crucial role in transforming concepts into market-ready products, ensuring they meet industry standards, quality expectations, and manufacturing capabilities.

Tasks you may carry out:


Plan, design, and develop industrial, commercial, or consumer products  with a focus on functionality, aesthetics, and manufacturability.

Utilize design software to sketch and create detailed product designs and specifications.

Work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure designs are practical for mass or batch production.

Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and instructions for the manufacturing of products.

Ensure all designs meet quality standards, production limitations, and compliance regulations.

Document materials, dimensions, assembly processes, and other specifications in comprehensive design manuals.

Coordinate with the production and manufacturing teams to ensure that designs are feasible for batch or mass production.

Address and resolve any production-related issues or adjustments that arise during manufacturing.

Research and implement new technologies, materials, and manufacturing processes to improve the design and production of products.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure the company's products are innovative and competitive in the market.
