About this role
Job Summary:
As a Site Manager with our construction development company, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating on-site operations to ensure the successful execution of construction projects. Your leadership and management skills will contribute to the timely completion, quality, and safety of our developments.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight:
Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities from initiation to completion.
Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate on-site teams, including subcontractors and vendors.
Foster a collaborative and safety-focused work environment.
Schedule Management:
Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating tasks to meet deadlines.
Anticipate and proactively address potential delays or issues.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and enforce quality control measures to meet project standards.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets company and industry standards.
Budget Oversight:
Monitor project costs, materials, and labor to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
Provide timely and accurate reports on project financials.
Client and Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Keep all parties informed about project progress, changes, and challenges.
Safety Compliance:
Enforce and promote a strong safety culture on the construction site.
Implement safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Problem Solving:
Identify and address construction issues promptly, offering effective solutions.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports and records.

Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with construction software and project management tools.
